Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no excessive wear, damage, dirt, odors, or signs of prolonged outdoor use. Items should be returned with all original components and packaging whenever possible. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at rendezvousupply@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned products must be in clean, resalable condition. Items showing excessive wear, stains, odors, damage, missing parts, missing packaging, or evidence of extended outdoor use may be denied a refund or may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper care

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original product and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification. Returned items must still be in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
