Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after being placed. During periods of high demand, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping times.

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected at checkout.

- International: 7–21 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Rendezvous Supply Co does not offer free shipping at this time.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at rendezvousupply@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, Rendezvous Supply Co is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. If you still need assistance, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at rendezvousupply@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and product so we can evaluate the issue.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.
Rendezvous Supply Co is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
